Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We are always looking for ways to improve our customer service and satisfaction. We stand behind all of the products we sell and offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our products. See below for details.

30 day Money back Guarantee and Return policy on all unused products.

If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving, please write to us at info@speckspets.com. We will credit your card account the purchase price less the original shipping charges after we have received the merchandise. If the item(s) being returned had free shipping, a fee of $5-$15 will be deducted from your refund. This covers our original shipping costs. The exact amount to be deducted is determined by the item being returned. Items must be returned in original manufacturer packaging, new, unused, unmarked and in re-sellable condition in order to receive a credit.


THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS ON ANY PRODUCT. 


Damaged Products must be reported to carriers and Speck’s Pets within 72 hours of receiving:  FedEx:800-Go-FEDEX. and Speck’s Pets at 317-272-7738.

Incomplete/Incorrect orders must be reported to Speck’s Pets at info@speckspets.com or 317-272-7738 within 72 hours of delivery.

Please allow 7-14 days for credits to appear on your credit card or paypal account. Credit for returned items will be issued for the product cost only. Original shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
